NEW ALLEGRO
Fantasy Air have announced a new model for 2007 with a large number of improvements and new features in response to customers’ requests.
The factory continues to develop and improve this excellent airplane which flew in its original version in 1995.
Michael Coates in Australia visited the factory and this is his newsletter with details and photos.
ALLEGRO 2007
* 10cm wider fuselage -
* Domed doors for more elbow width - now 118 cm wide (46.5 in)
* 8cm more headroom - now 116 cm (46 in)
* Larger tank - now 63 litres (17 US gall)
* New tail with improved flying characteristics - the rudders are used much less in turns
* Sliding seats with map pocket
* Wider spaced pedals and altered ratio to make ground handling easier
* Taller door opening with gas struts - makes entry much easier
* Higher gross weight (to be confirmed)
* Taller tail
